The Modelica-based Flexible Bodies Library (FBL) enables the efficient mathematical modeling of flexible bodies such as components of multi-body and arbitrary physical systems. FBL facilitates and accelerates the analysis of large motions of flexible beams, annular plates and of flexible bodies.

The Electrified Powertrains Library (EPTL) assists the entire process of designing electrified powertrains. It covers the key components of an electric drive system with varying levels of complexity, i.e. physical, switched, averaged or energy-based. Model variety covers electric machines with associated controllers, e.g. field-oriented control and inverters with corresponding modulation methods, e.g. space-vector modulation. Further components, e.g. longitudinal dynamics, control units, driver and energy supply are provided to simulate a full 1D-vehicle model of battery or hybrid electric vehicle (BEV/HEV) topologies.

The Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) library accelerates the development and optimization of large thermo-hydraulic heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The Modelica HVAC library provides an optimum trade-off between simulation accuracy and time taken to simulate the dynamic behavior of building heating and cooling systems, and is particularly suited for performing simulations that span a whole year of system use.

The Modelica based Systems Hydrogen Library supports the development of hydrogen systems, from production with electrolysis or reformation to storage up to fuel cell stacks. The ease of component parameterization as well as the use of standard connectors helps to build up circuit models fast and fully compatible to the Modelica Standard Library.

It combines the TIL Base Library and specific models for mobile AC systems like cabins and detailed heat exchangers, empowering you to design and optimize mobile thermal systems with high accuracy and simulation speed. Whether you’re simulating individual components or complex, multi-layered systems, the TIL Mobile AC Library provides flexibility, transparency, and adaptability to create your own systems. Many years of experience from a wide variety of service and research projects in simulation, testing, and software development is incorporated into the TIL Mobile AC Library.

The Brushless DC Drives (BLDC) Library helps with designing and integrating BLDC drives into systems. It covers the key components of a BLDC drive with varying levels of complexity. From a DC-motor equivalent to a full PWM trapezoidal-field physical motor including suitable inverters and controllers, with motors sharing the same data set. Being Modelica-based, it allows simple integration within other technical domains. Typical examples are mechanical loads and thermal models potentially from other commercially available or open libraries as well as custom-built. The generic template-based structure enables flexible adoptions and user-based extensions.

The Modelica based Flight Dynamics library enables the rapid modeling, simulation and analysis of the flight dynamic characteristics of a wide range of flight vehicles. The library is ideal for the multi-disciplinary development of accurate flight control laws as well as for use in real-time flight simulators for commercial and military aircraft, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), airships and rotorcraft.
