One of the molds from a chess set project we recently completed.The mold was designed as a 2-plate cold runner system with 6 cavities and 2 side sliders. Split issue with Visual Scripting

Can someone explain why when I do this simple example using spheres to cut the original surface that it does not remove the "holes"? I am using Mode=default and the original patch is hidden. I am using 2025X-FD05 for reference.Spheres cut thru the surface OK:If I switch Orig to off I get just the holes.
