In the unfortunate event that your order experiences a problem (after payment), such as a delivery problem, a late delivery, or a product that fails to meet defined specifications, please contact the Seller right away. The Buyer has 14 calendar days to file a claim after a part's completion or 7 calendar days after pick-up.

Dassault Sytèmes (DS) provides an escalation service in the event that a Seller fails to provide a satisfactory part or product. This escalation service is designed to assist both parties by taking both points-of-view into consideration. DS will settle the dispute through arbitration.
