Optimizing Design Processes for Innovation
When it comes to cars, electric or not, simulation is performance.
How can designers, engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders address performance constraints earlier in the development process to enable greater efficiency and foster more innovative solutions?
With performance-driven design, simulation is integrated directly into the 3D modeling process, generating, evaluating, and optimizing conceptual shapes based on specific functional requirements.
This project started with the ambition for design and simulation experts to work together, increasing “modeling/simulation” loops while reducing turnaround times.
InFLUX exposes how future vehicle design may progressively shift from isolated form creation toward continuous negotiation between creative intent, simulation, organizational structures, and interconnected systems of constraints.
