Rendering credits are needed to carry out a rendering job using xStudio. This offer provides you with 100 Render Credits.

If your project needs more credits, you can purchase them via the 3D Publication Credit role.

Based on rendering preferences, the number of required credits is indicated and updated in real-time on the rendering job queue.

Subscriptions are automatically renewed.

For yearly subscription, you can stop the automatic renewal at any time up to 30 days before the renewal date. 

You can stop the automatic renewal from the subscription tab in the Platform Management dashboard of your platform.

Your subscription will stop at the following anniversary date. 

If you the stop renewal button does not appear, it is because you have subscribe to a nonrenewable offer. Your subscription will not renew.

Please note that your data will be still available until 2 weeks after the cancellation request date. 

For Yearly subscriptions, we currently have a 15 days cancellation policy. If you submit your cancellation request up to 30 days after your purchase, we will cancel and refund your order. This policy however does not apply to monthly subscriptions or renewals.
