- Is training available for all regions?
We offer Instructor-Led training in all regions. We have on-site (instructor travels to your company’s facility) and remote (courses conducted online) options. - How many people can attend a training?
Up to twelve participants. With Discoverant and QUMAS courses, the cap is eight. We limit participation to ensure everyone gets a customized, deep learning experience and can engage 1:1 with the instructor. - What should I expect when I request Instructor-Led Training?
You will work closely with your BIOVIA Sales Representative and the BIOVIA Training team to determine your specific training needs and what options are best for the inquiring users. Once details are ironed out, we will generate a Dassault Systèmes quote and provide it to you for review and signature. Our Quality Assurance team will countersign the quote and request a purchase order. Once BIOVIA receives the purchase order, the BIOVIA Training team will work with you on training logistics (lock down dates, secure an instructor, provide participants with pre-work, etc.). - Do you offer training in different languages?
Training is conducted in English. However, we have multilingual instructors who can provide instruction in other languages. If interested, please communicate this in your initial inquiry. - What computer or system requirements exist for remote training?
As long as you can access Skype or WebEx, you will be able to participate in the remote training. Prior to the training, the BIOVIA training team will request email addresses for all participants. The instructor will send a calendar invitation to everyone involved for the scheduled training dates. Time zones are taken into consideration when scheduling.
- What are the advantages of e-learning?
It saves time and money and is scalable (you can roll it out to as many users as you need). e-learning also offers users the ability to complete training when is convenient for them and revisit training for reinforcement. - Where can I find more information on e-learning?
