Company name: COREFORM LLC
Company address: 1427 S 550 E 84097-7719 OREM UTAH UT, USA
Coreform is a simulation software company solving the CAD-to-trusted-simulation gap, the defeaturing and meshing bottlenecks that stand in the way of truly automated engineering.
Over the past decade, Coreform developed trimmed, high-order immersed spline meshes that build analysis-suitable smooth bases directly on real, trimmed CAD without rebuilding the model. That technology is the cornerstone of Coreform IGA for Abaqus, built in partnership with Dassault Systèmes.
Abaqus/CAE users change nothing about their process, yet can now analyze fully detailed CAD designs directly through trusted Abaqus solvers, materials, and workflows, getting fast insight and highly accurate results without defeaturing or conformal meshing.
Coreform IGA for Abaqus introduces isogeometric analysis (IGA) into Abaqus, eliminating the meshing step from FEA. Instead of defeaturing and hex/tet meshing, engineers analyze the CAD geometry they actually designed, cutting model prep from days to minutes on complex parts. IGA integrates into Abaqus through the UELMAT user element functionality, so IGA can access much of the standard Abaqus workflow, leveraging the Abaqus/Standard solver, and working alongside traditional FEA meshes in the same assembly.
Capabilities span linear and nonlinear analysis. IGA supports any CAD importable into Abaqus/CAE, on Windows or Linux.
