Course Objective
Composite materials are used in many design applications because of their high stiffness-to-weight ratios. The 3DEXPERIENCE Platform offers a variety of tools for their design and analysis in the context of a single integrated work environment. This enables greater productivity and efficiency. The focus of this course is on the simulation of composite materials.
The course covers the following topics:

- Overview of Composites Part Design
- Simulation of Composites
- Damage and Failure in Composites
The course is divided into lectures and workshops. The course's workshops are integral to the training. They are designed to reinforce concepts presented during the lectures. They are intended to provide users with the experience of running and trouble-shooting actual simulations.
