Dipper Intelligent SatTech Co.,Ltd was established in December 2021 and incubated at the Zhejiang University Advanced Technology Industrial Base and the Zhejiang Provincial Micro-Nano Satellite Research Key Laboratory. It is the first digital satellite technology innovation enterprise to be nurtured and grown locally in Zhejiang Province over the past nearly 20 years. The company is dedicated to becoming a solution provider for digital aerospace systems in the AIGC intelligent era.
In the field of space technology and its applications based on digital chains, the company is driven by core technologies such as "simulation technology and system modeling." It constructs a "digital aerospace intelligence base" technology platform, creating comprehensive service solutions for generative design of spacecraft, digital R&D, and multi-physics field coupling simulation. The company provides digital and informational products and services for aerospace product users, suppliers, and operators, striving to build a new digital aerospace ecosystem. Currently, the company's team has successfully developed a set of domestic tools and authorized domestic MBSE software products, establishing cooperative research projects with several domestic aerospace units.
辰极数智卫星技术（浙江）有限公司成立于 2021 年 12 月，孵化于浙江大学先进技术产业基地和浙江省微纳卫星研究重点实验室，是浙江省本土近 20 年培育成长的首个数字卫星科技创新企业，致力于成为 Aigc 智能时代数字航天系统方案解决商。
公司在以数字链为基础的空间技术及应用领域里，以“仿真技术和体系建模”核心技术为驱动，构建“数字航天数智底座”技术平台，打造航天器创成式设计、数字化研发和多物理场耦合仿真综合服务解决方案，为航天产品用户侧、供应商、运营商提供数字化、信息化的产品和服务，致力于构建数字航天新生态。目前公司团队已经成功研制出一套国产化工具和授权国产化 MBSE 软件产品，与国内多家航天单位建立合作课题项目。
