For Yearly subscriptions, we currently have a 15 days cancellation policy. If you submit your cancellation request up to 30 days after your purchase, we will cancel and refund your order. This policy however does not apply to monthly subscriptions or renewals.

For yearly subscription, you can stop the automatic renewal at any time up to 30 days before the renewal date. 

You can stop the automatic renewal from the subscription tab in the Platform Management dashboard of your platform.

To find the Platform management dashboard, please follow those steps:

Your subscription will stop at the following anniversary date. 

If you the stop renewal button does not appear, it is because you have subscribe to a nonrenewable offer. Your subscription will not renew.

Please note that your data will be still available until 2 weeks after the cancellation request date.
