Do purchased blue tokens expire?

Yes. Purchased blue tokens expire 12 months after purchase if unused. For example if you purchased three blue token packs (25,000 each) at the same time, you will have 75,000 tokens to use in that 12 month period. Any remaining blue tokens at the end of the 12 month period will expire.

Do purchased blue token packs auto-renew?

Yes. Purchased blue token packs auto-renew at the end of the 12 month period. In the example above if you purchased 75,000 blue tokens. After the 12 month period, your three blue token Packs would all auto-renew. You would have a new set of 75,000 blue tokens to use over the next 12 months.In this example, since blue tokens do expire, it doesn't matter whether you used all 75,000 or only 60,000 blue tokens - when the blue token packs renew they would start the next 12 months with 75,000 blue tokens.You can stop the auto-renewal directly in your Subscription tab in My account.

How long will 25,000 blue tokens last?

It depends on how frequently you use AI skills and the complexity of the tasks you run. We use a value-based consumption model, meaning blue token consumptions scale with the time saved and the value delivered.Here is a general breakdown of how tasks consume tokens:Low Complexity (small amount): Quick text-based questions, material applications, or structural checks (e.g., asking "How much does my design weigh?" or "Apply a steel appearance").Moderate Complexity (medium amount): Standard generative work on everyday parts (e.g., converting a basic imported body into a parametric part or generating a standard drawing).High Complexity (large amount): Highly intensive generative tasks on massive assemblies or incredibly complex geometries that save you hours of manual engineering time.Because a simple question consumes a small amount of blue tokens while an advanced generative design consumes significantly more, a single 25,000-blue token pack can support thousands of quick insights, dozens of complex generative builds, or a mix of both.

Does each user receive their own blue token?

No. Blue tokens are shared at the tenant level.

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

No, this policy does not apply to Blue Tokens.
