If you wish to stop your trial offer, please cancel the upcoming renewal through your platform management dashboard in your current environment.

Please note that you can cancel the upcoming renewal up to 15 days before the renewal date. Otherwise, your subscription will renew at the standard price.

For Yearly and Quarterly subscriptions, we currently have a 15-day cancellation policy. If you submit your cancellation request within 15 days of your purchase, we will cancel and refund your order. This policy, however does not apply to trial offers, monthly subscriptions or quarterly and yearly renewals.
