The SOLIDWORKS Cloud offer is intended for commercial usage and includes best-in-class CAD and lifecycle management applications with leading SOLIDWORKS roles in the cloud.

For Makers, the MAKERS | Support community provides support from your peers and Dassault Systèmes SOLIDWORKS experts to help you make amazing things.

For Students, the 3DEXPERIENCE | Students community has been created to help you find all the answers to your questions. If your question is not already answered, you will be able to raise your question in that community.

As a company, you have a dedicated IFWE EXPERIENCE community where you can raise questions and issues, learn about 3DS solutions and collaborate in real-time with our champions. Our user communities are also excellent places to share knowledge and know-how. And is you face any technical issue, you can check out the Cloud Support page to find our hotline & chat services available 24/5 or 24/7 for cloud priority case (inability to connect, load or save data).

You can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), debit card, UPI or net banking.

We apply the Banking regulations and specially the SCA - strong customer authentication.

For Makers and Companies, subscriptions are automatically renewed. You can, however, stop the automatic renewal at any time up to 30 days before the renewal date.

For Students, your subscription will not automatically renew. If you want to pursue your usage as a student, you will need to place a new order when your subscription expires.
