Job Description & Roles Responsibilities:

  • Support RTR Accountant in handling monthly accounting and tax compliance activities/ matters in Asia BUs
  • Ensure the accuracy on accounting entries and tax compliance submission of legal entities on timely manner and compliance with internal controls, company policies, IFRS and local statutory tax regulations
  • Assist to prepare/update the working instruction documentation and work processes
  • Update and track tax calendar of Asia BUs; assist with data entry, updating financial spreadsheets and analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or any relevant fields of study, with adequate accounting knowledge
  • Good knowledge and experience in using MS office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
  • Effective oral and written English communication skills. Other languages skillsets such as Mandarin/Chinese, Korean or Japanese will give you an added advantage
  • Open to learning different tasks and picking up new skills related to daily work
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • 6 months of availability
