The NAM Green teams bring sustainability down to a site level. We engage employees to become more sustainable in the office and at home. In office we offer educational programs and provide sustainable solutions for employees that participate. We have put recycling programs into some sites as well as getting shared plates, bowls, and utensils to replace paper and plastic products in other offices. We have worked in the communities around our offices by participating in street, river, and park clean ups.
I contribute to control the carbon intensity of Dassault Systèmes IT digital infrastructures. When having a discussion on this project with my colleagues, in return I receive a lot of enthusiasm and ideas to go further. The mindset of 3DS employees is all about mutual aid and find solutions as one team.
