Matereality® Software for Materials gives manufacturing enterprises the means to build a centralized, secure materials knowledge core to store properties, CAE material files, specifications, and material information on any material. The built-in suite of web-based software helps engineers visualize and understand material data, create CAE models and manage materials information. Matereality is the software arm of DatapointLabs Technical Center for Materials. The CAE Modeler for Abaqus/CAE included in Matereality, transforms raw data on Matereality into CAE material model input decks, such as elastic material models; elastic-plastic models and hyperelastic models for rubber and rate dependent models for crash simulations. Matereality’s export functionality saves these input decks directly in users’ CAE Materials library.Users of Matereality also have access to its Global Data Center, which is rich in CAE-relevant data, consisting of over 720 Abaqus-ready material models: Abaqus elastic, Abaqus hyperelastic, Abaqus Plastics (with some rate dependent). Users can add application specific data to their Matereality database, and flow that data through Matereality’s CAE Modeler for Abaqus and other material data management software modules.
