Working Student (f/m/d) - Strategy and Communications Assistant to the Executive Management

Role Description & Responsibilities
- Create professional, high-impact presentations for internal leadership and external stakeholder communications
- Drive the transformation of our branding, slide design standards, and visual identity
- Develop communication strategies that strengthen our internal community and culture
- Collaborate directly with the Managing Director on strategic communication initiatives
- Own the creative process from concept to delivery while ensuring quality and consistency
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communication Design, Media Studies, or a related field
- Strong foundation in visual communication and design principles
- Expert-level PowerPoint skills with the ability to create polished, professional presentations
- Confident use of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
- Strong visual sense and attention to detail
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visuals
- Proactive mindset and collaborative approach
