Delmia Quintiq customer success is to provide the best excellence to our customers, partners and Intern colleagues. As the front line of Delmia Quintiq technical support User Success Engineers ensures that all issues are acknowledged and processed within the agreed SLA.

Role Responsibilities & Job Descriptions:

  1. Handle all incoming support email sent to the support team.
  2. Provide predefined solutions to known problem.
  3. Handle license, user account, internal application related request.
  4. Act as accountability partner on red alert situations.
  5. Review internal support request.
  6. Monitor and notify DELMIA Hosted services systems related error
  7. Validate pre Go Live requirements for new customer.
  8. Audit customer Pages for ease of reference

Qualifications: 

  • General IT knowledge to be able to use IT terminology and concept
  • Problem solving
  • Testing and processing tools
