User Success Engineer Intern

Role Responsibilities & Job Descriptions:

• Provide first-level support by managing and responding to incoming support team emails and requests.
• Assist in resolving common customer issues using established processes, knowledge articles, and predefined solutions.
• Support license management, user account administration, and internal application-related requests.
• Monitor hosted service environments and escalate system alerts, incidents, or service disruptions when required.
• Assist with customer onboarding activities, including validating pre–Go Live requirements and readiness checks.
• Review and audit customer portals, documentation, and support records to ensure accuracy, usability, and ease of reference.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field.
• Available for a minimum internship period of 6 months.
• Basic understanding of IT concepts, software applications, and technical terminology.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies, work collaboratively, and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
