Job description:

• Manage Group Treasury projects in the context of cash optimization and systems automation
• Set up and maintain Treasury systems • Proactive role with the different poles of Treasury department
• Participate in controlling activities, definition and alignment of procedures

Responsibilities / Duties:

• Projects and systems management
  • Project management
    • Define, collect, analyze the needs of WW treasury internal customers, ensure feasibility and conduct the implementation
    • Support the ambitious Treasury WW roadmap and implement assigned projects
    • Validate the test phases and monitor the implementation
    • Work closely with external (banks, providers) and internal stakeholders (IT, accounting, Legal, HR…), lead transversal projects
    • Be the main point of contact for Treasury systems matters
  • Co-administration of treasury systems
    • Maintain user accesses and profiles
    • Set up and optimize systems processes
    • Train and support users
  • Update and Maintain treasury systems
    • Monitor, update and optimize the interfaces with the different systems
    • Deploy and set up systems (Treasury, banking platforms), monitor and adapt them to new regulatory or technological environment changes
    • Manage bank communication protocol issues or system issues and follow up technical & technological environment changes
    • Manage priority projects depending on company growth
• Proactive role within treasury department
  • Implement Finance initiatives and objectives
    • Implement systems to accompany Treasury business needs to achieve the objectives
  • Innovative and change management key role within the team
    • Active role in identifying market technology innovations, Suggest any innovation to improve Cash management
    • Be constantly informed of new technological solutions
    • Identify improvements areas
  • 3D Platform: Review, consolidate and align Dashboards and Communities
    • Create and utilize of WW Treasury community for WW improved communications
• Processes – Controls – Audit
  • Strengthen control on treasury & cash management risks
  • Treasury policy review, update and control
  • Participation in audit control, Supporting Tax, internal and external audits
  • Interact with DS entities for policy harmonization
  • Proactive control of database and systems access before annual audit review
  • Fraud prevention: active role in awareness
