TP-Inside Sales Manager
Mission
The Inside Sales Manager leads a team of Inside Sales Experts to deliver fully activated and enabled new cloud clients. The mission is to drive subscription cloud and revenue bookings through end-to-end sales engagement — from Accepted Lead to Closed/Won — in full compliance with the 3DS sales process. The role requires promoting the 3DEXPERIENCE platform value and industry vision to build long-term digital transformation partnerships with clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Business Management
- Lead and coach a team of Inside Sales professionals to achieve cloud revenue targets and sustain growth.
- Define and execute sales strategies focused on whitespace expansion and install base renewal growth.
- Drive continuous team development through sales certification programs and provided trainings.
Sales Execution
- Ensure team adherence to the full 3DS sales referential, compliance requirements (Finance, Legal, Local Regulations), and ethical standards.
- Promote the use of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform as an internal and external collaboration and communication tool.
- Guide the team to leverage SaaS value paths and increase year-over-year subscription revenue from existing clients.
Forecasting & Operational Excellence
- Ensure accurate sales pipeline management and forecasting across three rolling quarters.
- Monitor CRM (per GSO standards) for quality opportunity tracking, scorecards, and win plans.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Enablement
- Partner with marketing, presales, customer success, and other functions to accelerate pipeline development and customer success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in business, marketing, or a technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience, with at least 3 years in Inside Sales or SaaS sales leadership.
- Strong understanding of cloud subscription (SaaS) business models and B2B software selling.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, coaching, and team empowerment skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven sales management.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); capable of operating in a multinational, cross-cultural environment.
