Technical Sales Senior Manager - Manufacturing Operation, Planning & Scheduling

We are seeking a Technical Sales Senior Manager to join our international team based in Milan. In this role, you will identify, develop, and close business opportunities to grow Dassault Systèmes' footprint and meet revenue targets in the DELMIA brand domain. You will collaborate with customers across the Southeast Europe region to drive business growth and digital transformation.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in DELMIA operations and supply chain solutions
• Lead a multi-location technical team focused on Manufacturing Operations, Planning, and Scheduling across Southeast Europe
• Effectively manage and guide the team to deliver high-quality outcomes, Aligning proposed solutions with business needs and KPI
• Drive deal expansion by identifying process transformation opportunities that accelerate deal closure and ensure successful implementation
• Deliver tailored solution demonstrations and support sales enablement activities
• Respond to RFx and contribute to internal best practice sharing
• Analyze and improve customer processes using the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform.
