What will your role be?
- Be part of an international team of highly experienced technical consultants to deliver complex supply chain and optimization solutions
- Deliver project implementations to a truly diverse industry portfolio on daily basis, such as High-Tech, Aerospace & Defense, Architecture, Engineering & Construction, Natural Resources, Energy & Utilities, Retail, Transportation & Mobility and various other industries
- Technical Expert in interpreting business requirements, processes and logic into product solutions while working alongside business consultants and QA’s locally and across multiple geographies
- Be part of exciting proof of concept (POC) projects that supports the presales/sales organization
- Responsible for making the solution right while taking on a DevOps like development strategy utilizing cutting edge technology that focuses on customer experience and business value
- Ensure sufficient level of testing, unit tests, integration test and systems tests are done effectively
- Work in collaboration with R&D to enhance or build new industry wide solutions
Your Challenges ahead
- Collaborate with business analysts and advanced planning & scheduling consultants to develop a best-fit software solution to meet the customer’s requirements
- Play a significant role in the iterative development process, to test and refine the software in response to feedback from the customer and the project team
Your Key Success factors
- At minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent level of studies in other fields are welcome
- Hands on development and coding experience in Object Oriented (OO) programming i.e. 3GLs (Java, C++, Delphi, Smalltalk, Eiffel) or 4GLs (G2, Aion)
- Good understanding of object-oriented (UML) modelling is preferred
- Passionate about developing highly complex solutions for industry market leaders
