We are looking for an Alliance Executive that will work with our CSI partners in the Nordics to develop new value-based customer opportunities.

 

What will your role be?

  • Identify and develop selected partners committed to building consulting and system integration capabilities around 3DS solutions.
  • Develop joint industry and strategic initiative integrated alliance business and supporting marketing, campaign, offering, enablement and sales plans for selected partners to business goals.
  • Work with CSI partners and 3DS direct sales organization to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account-selling strategies, actively track joint sales pipeline and meet software targets.
  • Produce alliance plans and transition to successful alliance execution.
  • Generation of alliance development plans, in-process reporting and sales results.
  • Set alliances goals (1Y/2Y/3Y), sales goals and specific business milestones.
  • Monitor and govern partners’ business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase trust, operating capability and overall business plan success for the strategic partners. 
  • Establish governance, contracting, principles, rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.
  • Ensure that alliance partners are trained and certified on all selected solutions they will deliver consulting and system integration services around.
  • Build multi-level business relationships

 

 

Your key success factors?

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • Successful field experience in sales management and possibly already demonstrated record of accomplishment of developing and managing Alliance Partnerships and driving net new customer activity with partners.
  • Strong analytical, sales, alliance and marketing skills and capability of being both strategic and tactical.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others, being both a manager and a doer.
  • Capable of working in a non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.
  • Field sales and sales management experience, to include alliances experience, strong sales/marketing skills including needs analysis, business justification, and closing methodologies, excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, negotiating skills and ability to influence, must have ability to develop executive relationships with partners, knowledge of 3DS field sales cycle and partner program.
  • Ability to travel.
