What will your role be? 
In our EUROCENTRAL organization we are looking for a solution-oriented and consultative Sales Expert (m/f/d), a strongly motivated individual with a sales background, proven success in sales positions. Main goal is to ensure strong growth in the Swiss Strategic Account Market Segment of 3DS Customer Role (3DEXPERIENCE Works / SolidWorks) by driving account based sales and marketing activities while focusing on mid/large size projects (seat equivalent of 10-50+ users of CAD,PDM and or other 3DS Products.)

The location is either remote or at one of our 3DS offices in Switzerland e.g. Zurich / Kloten or Basel. Ability to travel to our customers in Central Europe is a basic requirement.


The challenges ahead:

  • Your mission is to sell 3DEXPERIENCE Works / SolidWorks solutions to our strategic customers, expanding and winning new business within the defined existing and new accounts
  • Drive revenue delivery on target in accordance with his/her committed revenue plan
  • You accompany major customer projects with our partners and lead them to a successful conclusion.
  • Customer management based on sales and strategic goals is part of your role
  • Provide an accurate forecast with the appropriate pipeline in line with business objectives


Your key success factors:

  • Degree (Bachelor/Master/Diploma or similar) in business administration, economics or any related subject
  • At least 5 years experience in selling software solutions or similar complex products, ideally to SMB & enterprise customers
  • French and English language is a MUST, German language is strongly recommended. Other Languages optional.
  •  Excellent and effective communication skills, self-motivation and a keen interest in familiarizing yourself with new markets, technologies and business processes will help you advance successfully in this role
  • Time-management and the ability to achieve good results even under (time) pressure are a matter of course for you.
  • And of course, a goal- and success-oriented personality as well as a strong ability to work with teams.
