Join our Sales team as a Strategic Account Manager for the Nordics and help our customers and partners to reach their potential. Focusing on business optimization and transformation with clients, our unique solutions enable organizations to manage business processes and ecosystem, connecting people, ideas, data and solutions together in a single environment.

Responsibilities

  • Establishing new business optimization opportunities, building and expanding relationship with strategically relevant customers and the creation of potential project outlines
  • Collaborating as part of a team to help our customers translate their visions into smart and efficient end-to-end processes, by collaborating with internal teams as well as our partners
  • Establishing and developing “trusted advisor” relationships with customer executives at all levels with particular emphasis on C and VP level
  • Leading a company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for the short and the long-term
  • Leading solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary team members
  • Achieving strategic account’s objectives and sales quota

Qualifications/Experience 

  • Proven experience in hunting for new opportunities in the market as well as working with existing customers and growing them into strategic projects
  • Direct experience in managing a multi-dimensional sales process
  • Demonstrate process-related knowledge and significant experience in transformation themes such as business sustainability; familiarity with industry-specific standards is a plus. (e.g. industrial equipment, high tech, automotive, healthcare, and/or product development)
  • Proven experience in Value Selling (consultative as well as solution)
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills alongside fluent English and Swedish language skills
  • Previous experience in PLM and Engineering/Manufacturing/Service is a plus
