Your Mission:

The Systems Architect (SA) is responsible for the management, build and maintenance of solution demonstration environments and supporting materials. The SA also assists and reviews the creation and maintenance of enablement and support materials required by the Solution Consulting team and facilitates communication and feedback between the Solution Consultant team and other departments such as Product Management, Marketing, IT/Hosting and DevOps. 

  • Manage maintenance and upgrades on all demo environments, back-ups and sandboxes 
  • Lead the configuration and direction of the demo environment across the platform and incorporate new functionality as needed
  • Liaise with Product Experts to drive the direction and content within demo environment
  • Partner with R&D and other teams as needed to coordinate deployments and upgrades
  • Conduct end-to-end upgrade testing post-deployment
  • Troubleshoot environment issues and consult product on findings, deficiencies and issues within and across modules
  • Maintain and report metrics related to issues and downtime
  • Assist with custom demonstration preparation
  • Participate in release planning process with product teams
  • Collaborate with the wider technical teams to ensure that product upgrades and impact analysis is fully considered and executed
  • Support educational activities allowing expertise to be shared across internal teams 
     

Your Competencies:

  • Rave EDC experience required, study build experience preferred
  • Experience with SaaS based applications
  • Life Science background
  • Knowledge of single instance, multi-tenant management 
     

Your Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science or Computer Science
  • MBA or business administration certificate/degree desirable
