Role Description & Responsibilities

· An Experienced Solution Architect who can lead large transformation project implementations by deploying 3DEXPERIENCE platform Engineering Management & align our customers to Industry best practices with OOTB adoption.

· Engage in pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations, proposal preparation, and client presentations.

· Ability to define Overall Enterprise Solution Architecture, Prepare As-IS, To-BE Architecture for customer requirements.

· Develop and document Technical/functional specifications,

· Conduct workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of the 3DEXPERIENCE as part of Value positioning to customer.

· Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new features of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to continually enhance service offerings.

· Work closely with development teams to integrate the 3DEXPERIENCE platform with other enterprise systems and applications.

· Document requirements, configurations, and customizations, ensuring clear communication and knowledge transfer.

· Guide and enable Partners, team members on Enterprise processes, Customizations, and Integration approaches.

Qualifications

· Experience in 3DExperience PLM Deployments with Automotive, Aerospace or Industrial Equipment industry background.

· Familiarity with PLM concepts such as data model concepts, PLM Workflows, data security concepts, knowledge on various centrals.

· Minimum of 10 years of experience working with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform in a implementation role, with consulting an added advantage

· Strong understanding of CAD & PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) concepts and processes.

· Proficiency in configuring and customizing the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, including modules such as CATIA, ENOVIA, DELMIA, SIMULIA, etc.

· Configure and customize the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to align with client business processes and objectives.

· Experience in Multi-CAD Data Management, Design-Engineering Process, DMU processes in 3DEXPERIENCE Platform.

· Experience in implementation process, including training, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.

· Experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, EKL, and 3DEXPERIENCE platform development, configuration and customizations.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels of the organization.

· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

· Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

· Proactive with effective communication & Good Presentation Skills
