What will your role be?
- You will define processes and capabilities delivered in 3DEXPERIENCE Platform enabling our customer to develop and meet its future-business requirements and stipulated value delivery goals. You will adopt an instrumental role in delivering best-in-class 3DEXPERIENCE solutions that answer to the long-term customer vision as well as meeting tactical and functional needs, delivery timescales, and proposed budgets.
- Supported by our wider Services team, it will also be your responsibility to define 3DEXPERIENCE solutions emphasising the usage of OOTB capabilities in the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
- You will be expected to:
- Work in services team to promote 3DS Industry Solution Experiences (ISEs) and their related business processes
- Adapt and develop, in a manner consistent with the OOTB capabilities,
- To work closely with, and send feedback to, DS worldwide teams in charge of defining/maintaining 3DS ISEs.
- Finally, you will be required to:
- Deliver and/or support business or application consultant development of functional specifications to be implemented.
- Work in both services and sales contexts to ensure technical continuity between the solution and value propositions scoped in the sales cycle, and the solution delivered through product implementation.
- Support and guide our community of Subject matter experts both within DS and from SI partners, in relation to solution definition and development.
The Challenges Ahead
You will quickly establish yourself in the client programme and drive:
- As a DS Solution Architect, you ensure the quality of deliveries and customer satisfaction in alignment with the Value Engagement framework in general and the Value Delivery phase in particular
- Provide best practices by closely working with Customer Strategic Partnership team
- Deliver expertise to our customers and partners
- Develop and update technical documentation related with the best practices
- Support key users in the adoption and use of their solution
- Provide expertise on 3DEXPERIENCE Platform
