Job Description & Responsibilities
To lead, develop and manage the SOLIDOWRKS Electrical technical team for CRE organization to achieve our business objectives, build a profitable, sustainable and differentiated Customer Role Experience Community.
To play a key role within DS as a change agent, to achieve harmony and synergy with the brands and channels.
As a Industry Process Consultant, my role is to be exemplary in my behavior, and liberate the mindsets and beliefs of my channel partners, technical managers and technical FTEs to pursue challenging and meaningful goals and objectives.
Qualifications
Experience in large project management.
Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Strong sense of responsibility and positive work attitude, good teamwork capability
Good command of written and oral English
