What will your role be?
Design, develop and continuously improve software for operations planning and optimization solutions in order to provide World Class Applications, Optimizers, Services and Technologies delivering experiences & value to end-users. Continuously improve deliveries based on usage and user feedbacks.
You will be part of the Logistics Team (based in Den Bosch & Kuala Lumpur) and work on related Applications.
The challenge ahead
Imagine
- Understand user requirements and design capabilities in order to deliver best in class experiences
- Define and describe functional behavior, limitations and acceptance tests of capabilities to deliver
- Validate software architecture with Architects respecting architecture Standards / Patterns
Produce
- Execute software development plan respecting defined plan, quality criteria and accurately documented
- Perform Code Review to continuously improve existing code to make it lean
Use
- Solve incidents reports reported by the user success engineers and quality engineers
- Perform root cause analysis upon request
- Propose and execute corrective actions and preventive actions to continuously improve development methodologies and deliveries.
Value
- Share knowledge within and outside the team on produced developments and technical components
Your key success factors:
Master in Computer Science, Operations Research or equivalent
You have hands-on experience
- Ample amount of software development or related experience
- Hands-on application development and coding experience in object-oriented programming and/or design
You have the right mindset
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent people skills with collaborative attitude
- Excellent communication skills and a good command of English

- Agile and Scrum
- Web programming & Java to contribute to our cloud solutions
- AI & Operation Research
- Domain knowledge about Logistics
