Job Description & Role responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented, fast-learning technical software engineer who enjoys problem solving and working with external customers to join our growing APAC Professional Services team to deliver solutions using BIOVIA in-house products for the life science and material science industry. This position will report to APAC director and work with APAC team for projects. Projects will be not only for local clients but also for other regions as well which means you will be assigned across the countries.

Building and deploying solutions using BIOVIA products that integrate with customers’ scientific research environment
Working independently, or as part of a project team including solution architects, project managers and Quality Assurance
May require 10% to 30% travel to meet with customers

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is creative, can solve complex, often challenging technical problems and can shape customer focused solutions. You will have a passion for learning new and emerging technologies and a solid technical background.

Expereinces in labotory envirionment in one of these industries : Bio, Pharma, Chemical, Cosmetic, etc.
Previous experience in Laboratory Processes, Lab informatics solutions, QA/QC, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11 is advantageous
Open-mind & attitude to work with other regions teams
Should be a team player, not a sole star player as project will be not alone but with your team
A familiarity with BIOVIA OneLab, Pipeline Pilot, etc is advantageous, but not required
Any knowledge and experience in ELN, LIMS, CDS, SDMS, etc is appreciated.
Excellent communication skills both in Korean & English
Additional language skill will be preferred such as Japanse or Chinese
