Role Description & Responsibilities

As part of the LATAM Sales Team, the Simulation Sales Specialist plays a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue generation within the overall simulation vertical of Dassault Systèmes in Latin America.

Partner closely with business leaders to strategically plan, execute, and enhance Simulation sales initiatives, focusing on VAR (Value-Added Reseller), customer relationships and business development initiatives.

Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to exceed quota targets and expand market share in the SOLIDWORKS Simulation and SIMULIA product portfolios of Dassault Systèmes, including simulation applications such as structural, fluid, electromagnetic and motion analysis..

Collaborate with assigned partners to drive business growth initiatives and sales execution, as well as sales & marketing leads follow-up and sales forecasts management, in order to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Provide sales expert guidance, certifications and trainings to partners on SOLIDWORKS Simulation and SIMULIA products and solutions, ensuring that partners are well-equipped to meet customer needs effectively.

Leverage data analytics and market insights to identify and execute initiatives, both direct and indirect through channel partners, and partner with marketing teams to establish the proper go-to-market plan. - Coach and menthor sales professionals of Dassault Systèmes’ partners in order to establish the proper mindset for sales execution.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.

- 5-7 years of proven track record in sales, particularly within the Engineering Simulation Market.

- Proven track record in sales, particularly within the Engineering Simulation Market.

- Strong expertise in both VAR management and Territory Management, with the ability to travel across the Latin America region as needed.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and foster C-level customer relationships.

Top soft skills also important for this job position include adaptability (when facing change and setbacks), collaboration & interpersonal skills, problem solving (identify problems and develop steps to overcome it), leadership, perseverance and planning.

Language skills: Fluent in English is mandatory, as well good proficiency in Spanish 

Proficiency in CRM systems, HRIS, and ATS platforms, along with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
