Job Description and Role Responsibilities

当社BIOVIAソリューションにおける電子実験ノート（ELN）の導入プロジェクトを中心に、技術リードとして顧客要件の整理・システム設計・構築・カスタマイズ・導入トレーニングを担当いただきます。

創薬、化学、機能性素材、食品、化粧品など幅広いScience領域の研究開発プロジェクトを支援する役割です。国内プロジェクトが中心ですが、海外拠点のプロジェクトにアサインされる可能性もあります。

以下、主な業務内容

テックリードとして、顧客要件の整理・技術的な要件定義
顧客と密に連携し、技術的観点での課題解決を推進
ELNなどのソリューションの設計・構築・設定・カスタマイズ
他システム（LIMS、SDMS、分析機器等）との連携・データ移行
導入時のユーザー研修、マニュアル作成・トレーニングの実施

部門・チームについて

BIOVIAプロフェッショナルサービスハブは、World Wide ブランドサービスハブの傘下にあるグローバル組織です。
世界全体で約120名の経験豊富なプロジェクトマネージャー、アーキテクト、コンサルタントなどが所属しています。

APAC地域には現在15名のメンバーが在籍しており、そのうち5名が日本に拠点を置いています。
全メンバーの業務範囲はグローバルであり、プロジェクトのニーズや各メンバーの専門分野に応じてアサインが行われます。
本ポジションは、APACサービスディレクターにレポートするポジションとなります。

Qualifications

ELN、LIMSまたはその他ラボ向けサービスソフトウェアの導入経験
技術スキル（SQL、Python、API連携、SaaS／オンプレミス環境設定など）
プロジェクト対応経験（テックリードとして顧客折衝や要件定義を担当した経験）
顧客向け説明やトレーニングを含む高いコミュニケーション力
英語スキル
