What will your role be?
Work with industry and Brand colleagues for the ISE/IPE/Roles promotion and project win with Value Engagement methodology. That contributes to achieve CHINA Business Target
a. Contribute to DSIS service projects( 3DE platform centric）
b. Collaborate with DSIS Solution Architect or Industry process consultant to development best-fit software solution to meet the customer’s requirement.
c. Manage and mentor the partner development team to ensure service delivery on time and on quality.
d. Capitalize on project development methodology and deliverables to ensure reusability.
e. Analyze and correct reported issues and/or execute software changes required by the customer aligned with R&D strategies
Your Key Success Factors:
a. Bachelor or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer and Science, or Related field.
b. 8+ years of experience in engineering and software design, development and service delivery.
c. Proficiency in object oriented programing, In-Depth understanding of coding languages ((Java, C++, etc.) and software architecture and design pattern.
d. Experience with Web technologies, such as JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, CSS, HTML, XML,DOM, React, JQuery, RESTful API, JSP, Web API, Nodes , etc.
e. Experience in Unix/Linux, oracle DB & SQL Server and related technologies.
f. Experience in IT infrastructure, Web & Application Server (Apache\Tomcat\Haproxy\Nginx), Oracle & SQL Server DB Configuration, and Performance Tuning.
g. Experience with the 3DExperience Platform Deployment and Development will be a big Plus.
h. Worked or consultancy on any PLM system like PTC, Oracle, Accenture ,Siemens or similar company is Plus
i. Experience in development management and development quality and process tools building will be big Plus
j. Good communications and software development skills to work well with the Solution architect or Business consultant.
