ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We are currently hiring for an exciting opportunity as a Senior 3D Unreal Lighting Artist (m/f/d). You will possess a highly technical and visual background in Unreal Engine and others appropriate to your craft. You will be a key member of our visual direction team that will lead the transition into Unreal Engine for our creative studio and create the next level of interactivity for our automotive customers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and develop new visual standards and push quality outputs in Unreal Engine
  • Act as lead in a specified area of expertise: Real time 3D production workflows, lighting, shading, rendering
  • Actively contribute to production team knowledge center or job aids that supports transition into Unreal Engine
  • Lead development support for tools, software testing, and pipeline documentation
  • Define, follow, augment and direct production procedures and lead local effort for future innovation
  • Determine overall training needs for staff and ensure staff members receive timely and appropriate training and development

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6-7 years of relating experience
  • Must have proficient experience in Unreal Engine
  • Experience running a production unit or leading cross functional teams with responsibility of delivering projects- required
  • Must possess an exceptional portfolio you can't wait to share with us
  • Requires expert level knowledge of experience in a CGI production environment
  • Previous automotive, professional game, entertainment and visual effects experience preferred
