Role Description & Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate and validate the business value of 3DEXPERIENCE solutions, guiding customers through their transformation journey.
• Model, analyze, and re-engineer business processes, proposing best practices and methodologies aligned with industry standards.
• Execute VALUE ENGAGEMENT activities, ensuring quality deliverables, risk mitigation, and alignment with customer expectations.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Account Managers, Industry Experts, and Project Teams.
• Prepare and deliver solution demonstrations, workshops, and RFx responses, showcasing platform capabilities and value realization.
• Identify and document customer success stories and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement and community knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in the mechanical or industrial equipment manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of CAD/PLM systems, engineering design, simulation, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in solution consulting, technical sales, or implementation of CAD/PLM systems (preferred).
• Excellent business process knowledge and ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
• Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills with business-level English proficiency.
• Proven ability to lead client workshops, manage project deliverables, and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
