Join our team as a Senior Sales Manager for our BIOVIA brand and help our clients reach their full potential! This role will enable you to successfully drive sales of the 3DEXPERIENCE BIOVIA solutions portfolio within the assigned targeted accounts.

This role can also be based in Gurgaon, India.

Role Description & Responsibilities

  • Support sales expert management in defining Geo Strategy and executing sales planning, targeting Master Clients using Value Path & Geo Sales initiatives
  • Sell assigned brand offers within a defined territory, ensuring market coverage and strategic positioning
  • Conduct end-to-end sales engagements aligned with DS Sales process, utilizing DS Platform for internal and external communication
  • Manage customer negotiations, adhering to 3DS engagement processes, legal regulations, financial policies, and ethical standards
  • Develop and execute successful sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and support growth through Brand-driven sales initiatives
  • Drive territory growth through industry market analysis, converting marketing and sales leads into opportunities
  • Strengthen client relationships at the executive and organizational levels to ensure sustainable business partnerships
  • Contribute to best practices by leveraging lessons learned, analytics, and loss reviews while ensuring accurate CRM data and forecasts

Qualifications

  • Degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, bioinformatics, biotechnology, or related fields; preferably with a post-graduate degree in business administration and management
  • 15 – 20 years of sales experience, preferably in Oil & Gas/ Petrochemical/ Pharmaceutical ancillary industries
  • Should have solution-selling experience
  • Proven ability to develop account strategies, deliver impactful sales pitches, and drive revenue growth
  • Strong industry knowledge, business acumen, and adaptability to evolving market conditions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills for building lasting client relationships
  • Open to travel
