Role Description & Responsibilities:

  • Plan Long, Mid, Short term Business Plan, Sales Strategy, and Transformation & Development Plan.
  • Drive strategic sales programs with partners, based on the 'what to sell' and geo sourcing plans.
  • Plan and adjust the customer or opportunity engagement model as Partner Engagement or Joint Engagement.
  • Support the Partner in optimizing the Annual and Quarterly sales pipeline, and driving strategic actions to ensure alignment with revenue targets.
  • Develop action plans with Partners to deploy new, customer-focused DS solutions.
  • Provide regular insights on the performance of Value Paths to Sales Expert Management monthly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree. Mechanical Engineering, Business or any related major is preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Partner, Channel, or Direct Sales selling software solutions into Transportation & Mobility, CPGR/Industry Equipment. (Aerospace, Defense, or Public sector is a plus)
  • Deep knowledge of the Thailand partner sales.
  • Fluent in English.
