This individual contributor role, as a PR & Marketing Specialist will cover the following markets : ANZ, INDIA and Rest of Asia (ROA). The Life Sciences Marketing team delivers business impact marketing initiatives, delivered through omni platforms across different customer segments with region relevant content to accelerate customer lifecycle progress. We drive programmatic execution through digital assets, webinars and workshops as well as internal, partner and customer facing coordination.
Reporting to the APeJ Demand Marketing Senior Director, the PR & Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and reporting on PR and marketing activities encompassing thought leadership, awareness, nurturing and pipeline programs for the abovementioned markets. This role will contribute to the development and implementation of our omni-channel marketing initiatives and will ensure the effectiveness of these campaigns through cross functional planning.

This is an individual contributor role and this position will be based in Singapore.
Focus on managing all the campaigns aligning with the overall APeJ Marketing priorities to drive metrics across ANZ, INDIA & ROA.
Collaborate closely with the region sales leader and teams to plan marketing campaigns & PR initiatives utilizing a variety of omnichannel platforms (email nurturing, earned and paid media, Medidata led & third party events, earned and paid social, SEM/ SEO)
Partner with APAC product marketing, digital marketing and marketing operations to manage budgets, define messages / collaterals and assets required to support campaigns within the geography.
Manage the 3rd party agencies across PR and marketing before, during and after the activities to track budgets, progress and deliverables.
Identify and lead virtual and physical events (3rd party, user conferences & workshops) discussions, planning resources required to reach the set goals
Execute on post event and campaigns activities including uploads into SFDC, and reporting/ sharing to showcase success and learnings.
Identify key PR initiatives (interviews, roundtables, articles) to promote our presence in the Life Science industry, working with agencies & global teams on messaging, interviews and approvals.
Up to 20% travel
Field demand generation experience for APAC region (multiple countries)
Demand events and campaign country execution experience, Digital and Physical activities, working with 3rd party agencies, and managing events onsite (physical or virtual) to drive pipeline
Strong Sales stakeholder communications and background of working closely with sales leaders in the region, interfacing with all levels in a Sales organization including account executives, technical consultants, and senior leadership.
Knowledge and experience in executing & tracking marketing plans and programs utilizing email, webinars, digital/inbound marketing, social media and face-to-face events.
Ability to be innovative with respect to program creation and problem resolution, and process-oriented with respect to marketing operations and execution workflows.
Knowledge of marketing processes and automation systems; Salesforce, Tableau, Eloqua
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Chinese a plus.

Experience in regional marketing for a multinational technology company, experience in life sciences / biopharmaceutical sector is preferred.
Your Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business and/or Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in region, field marketing, demand generation or field demand generation role.
