We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to spearhead transformation initiatives and drive change within our organization. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business, leveraging innovative strategies and technologies to enhance performance, drive efficiency, and deliver impactful outcomes.

Role Description & Responsibilities:

 Lead and oversee comprehensive transformation initiatives across multiple functional areas, driving impactful change and optimizing business processes.

Establish and execute a strategic roadmap for organizational transformations, aligning with the company's objectives and vision for growth.

  Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and adoption of emerging technologies such as RPA, ML, and AI.

 Provide visionary leadership and mentorship to a team of transformation professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  Collaborate with senior stakeholders to cultivate strategic partnerships and influence decision-making towards transformative change.

Develop and deliver compelling business cases and transformation plans, show casing thought leadership and delivering tangible value to the organization.

 Contribute to thought leadership initiatives by driving innovation within the organization, participating in industry publications, speaking engagements, and knowledge sharing activities.

 Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in transformational strategies, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of innovation

Qualification-:

 Bachelor's / Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.

 Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in leading complex business transformations, with a focus on finance projects.

Proven track record of driving successful transformational projects and initiatives, with a deep understanding of core finance processes, policies, and corporate strategy.

Expertise in enterprise performance management, financial domain knowledge, and strategic financial planning.

Strong familiarity with emerging technologies including RPA, ML, and AI, and their applications in business transformation.

Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a history of developing and empowering high-performing teams.Skill set: - Experience in core finance processes, policies, and corporate strategy, with a record of driving transformative change.

Strong analytical skills

Excellent communication skills

Black belt / Green belt Six Sigma certified.

Team player spirit

 Ability to work in cross-functional teams

 Finance ERP (preferably PSFT) a plus

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

 Proficient with MS Office (Excel, word and PowerPoint) & Visio

Proficient with Advanced Excel, VBA, RPA etc.

Strong analytical skills and good team player

 Keen learner with positive attitude

 Structured, disciplined and flexible approach towards work

 Ability to work in cross-functional teams with solution finding approach

   Able to work in multiple and culturally different environments

  Able to maintain high quality in all deliverables and according to the operating principles
