What will your role be?

Working in the role as Contract and Commercial Services Director, focusing on the services commercial contracts for one key Dassault Systemes key account. Follow up and ensuring adherence of the existing contracts (performance to delivery KPI’s and SLA’s) and driving re-negations as/if required.  Building lasting relationships with customers key stakeholders and advise them on opportunities to transform their enterprise application solution landscape.

  • A satisfied customer resulting in additional business and contract renewals

Key success factors

  • Sales: Contribution to engagement of large services program.
  • Customer Relationship: Engages with the customer’s senior stakeholders .Sources knowledge, experience and best practices to present the customer with innovative solutions to solve the customers pain points.
  • Strategic account development: Together with the Account Directpor generating and driving innovation into the customer.
  • SLA Compliance: Regularly reviews the attainment of service levels and drives the service owners to deliver at the committed quality.
  • Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to service managers responsible for specific aspects of the service, and provides alignment to all service delivery resources and external partners to deliver as ‘one service team’ to the customer. Creates an environment of trust and respect & rewards excellent performance.
  • Risks Control & Escalations Management: Manages contractual exposure and critical escalations to prevent exposure of Dassault Systemes to customer claims.
  • Spotting Opportunities: Develops new business opportunities in conjunction with the customer and the Dassault Systemes account manager, and stimulates and defines requirements for new service as part of an Enterprise Solution Strategy.
  • Service Introduction: Ensures such services are professionally scoped, contracted, introduced and accepted.
  • Building Capability: Acts as a thought leader and mentor to the Dassault Systemes Service Management Community.

 Desired Experience and Knowledge

  • Experience from commercial services management
  • Understanding of 3DS products and technologies
  • Experience of Product Lifecycle Management and/or Engineering
  • Batchelor degree or above
