Join our team of Business Planners defining our North American Commercial Strategies.

We are hiring a Senior Business Planner to help our organization – Strategize, Prioritize, and Plan for multi-year GEO sales ambitions and support the Organization and Mobilization of the North American cross-functional Sales Ecosystem to plan for multi-year, double-digit growth. The Senior Business Planner will help our organization push the boundaries of business planning by delivering insight into probable future trends and translating our Product Portfolio Strategies into local Commercial Strategies. The Senior Business Planner will also establish plans and schedules for various programs tied to our Commercial Strategy, such as Marketing plans, local Sales initiatives, and personnel growth.

What will your role be?

The Senior Business Planner will support North America revenue planning by materializing strategies with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams through research, analysis, prioritization, and planning with the intent of defining the Commercial Strategy and corresponding Business Plan for the next three years. The responsibilities include:

Translating product strategies and product offerings to local commercial strategies.
Measuring the Total Addressable Market.
Delivering business plans with proposed multi-year roadmaps to achieve objectives.
Assessing & monitoring competitive software and technologies.
Assessing & monitoring engineering, manufacturing, and/or industry trends across various industry segments.
Conducting quarterly PESTEL analysis, SWOT analysis, industry trend analysis, and/or econometric modeling, etc.
Establishing North American Marketing and Sales priorities, initiatives, and schedules.

Your Key Success Factors

You enjoy planning and delivering strategies, guidance, and initiatives to take products to market. You communicate to the C-level effectively. You are a strategic thinker, project oriented, and can motivate and mobilize a matrix organization. Your background includes:

A Bachelors or Master's degree in Business Administration
Previous experience in Consulting, Project Management, or leadership in a Startup.
4+ years of expertise in one or more areas, such as business intelligence, commercial strategy, marketing, go-to-market development, etc.
You have a passion for data and are data-driven.
You are entrepreneurial and autonomous.
Proven experiences developing commercial strategies and/or multi-year business plans.
Effective C-level presentation skills.
