Your role

We are looking for an Industry Business Consultant (m/f/d) for our Technical Sales team for the Aerospace and Defense industry in the region of Central Europe.

You can work hybrid from one of our offices in Germany (Hamburg, Berlin, Munich, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Stuttgart, Darmstadt, Karlsruhe). Travel inside of ECAL and internationally is mandatory.

Your responsibilities

Deliver Consulting Engagements for our key accounts underpinned by our consulting framework:
- Organize and execute Business Development Workshops, providing process analysis and developing suitable to-be processes with supporting KPI’s including Client Value Models & Business Cases
- Formulate Recommendations (proposed Business Processes) with supporting value evidence (KVIs / KPIs /OKRs and business case)
- Align Recommendations to the Solution Capabilities of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform with support from Technical Pre-sales and Solution Architects
Support early Business Development and Account Strategy:
- Support external networks, speak at events about Aerospace and Defense industry trends,
- Establish credibility with executives to drive full value achievement of their business transformation by effectively leveraging their people, processes and solutions.
- Support our internal Business Planning and align closely with Clients Executive and Industry Sales Lead

Your qualifications

Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering, IT, Industrial Engineering or any other related subject.
Minimum 5 years of work experience in a consultative role (Business Consultant, Technical Sales, Solution Consultant, Project Manager)
Deep knowledge on Aerospace and Defense industry form offer, design, workprepartion, shop floor and after sales market. Ability to work across Aeropsace and Defense industry domains, demonstrating deep expertise in the business and operations
Project management skills demontrated in in big PLM / digital transformation projects.
Effective communication skills, demonstrate the ability to work effectively with others and the ability to work with cross-functional and cross-geography teams (fluent in English and German).
Complex information processing / problem solving: Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
