What will your role be? 

  • Achieve CATIA revenue target and growth objectives of the industry territory through the successful execution of end-to-end customer engagements (from opening a lead to winning an opportunity), compliant with the sales strategy.
  • Transform how 3DS customer and prospects Design & Engineer their products, services and experiences by driving the adoption of CATIA 3DExperience and related Industry Processes. Convert technology innovation into meaningful business value by systematically engaging using the sales strategy framework.
  • Secure customer commitment on a long-term Value Roadmap by mastering Brand and Discipline fundamentals and communicating them convincingly through the sales strategy framework.
  • Align with 3DS Ecosystems (Sales Channels, Account Teams, Services, R&D…) to engage in line with each customer Value Roadmap and use 3DExperience Platform as your go-to customer channel to promote client intimacy.
  • Sales Strategy
    • Define a successful sales strategy to hit current year CATIA revenue targets in your territory, while also establishing the foundation for sustainable growth for the next three years
    • Establish a Territory Value Roadmap (TVR) to encapsulate your Industry’s key business drivers, required business changes, and relevant CATIA technology enablers
    • Select related CATIA Sales Campaigns to execute on your TVR and secure buy-in from all necessary stakeholders in your Industry ecosystem
  • Manage negotiation with the customer by complying with all 3DS engagement processes and government and local regulations, DS policies and ethical standards for doing business.
  • Generate sustainable growth in assigned territory by developing a diversified sourcing plan in compliance with 3DS process.

Your Key Success Factors 

  • Required
    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technology related field
    • Minimum 10 years’ of successful work experience in a sales role carrying a quota
    • Successful experience in selling software or services within the automotive industry
  • Preferred:
    • Master’s Degree (Business or Engineering)
    • 1-5 years of engineering/technical work experience (prior to Sales Role)
    • Work experience in a consulting role is a plus
    • Experience successfully working in a multi-national, matrixed sales environment
    • Successful Experience in CAD/ CAM/ CAE/ PLM software sales
    • Proven ability of:
      • Building an account strategy
      • Implementing sales strategies
      • Delivering a sales pitch
      • Engaging on value
      • Applying change management
      • C-Level Relationship & Intimacy
      • Applying business acumen

Compensation & Benefits

Dassault Systèmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience.
