As a Sales Transaction Support Specialist you will be supporting our Client Executives and Sales Representatives as well as our external customers for all 3DS Brands in the complete evolution of a software sales. You will work with several 3DS Teams in the software buying process including Sales Business Administration, Deal Value Engineering, Pricing and Legal.

Role Description & Responsibilities

  • Ensure operational excellence by enforcing compliance with the TARGET and SELL (Leverage) sales processes, and identifying best practices through lessons learned.
  • Support and manage renewals (ALC/YLC) by preparing accurate quotes, harmonizing dates, sending timely notifications, and tracking progress in coordination with sales teams.
  • Maintain customer data integrity in DSx systems (Client Care & Order), ensuring accuracy for license key renewals and install base lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with key teams (Sales, Credit, Key Management Centre) to resolve invoice, license key, and cash collection issues.
  • Provide daily support to the sales organization, offering guidance on tools and processes including DSx. Client Sales, DSx. Client Care, OTC, pricing, and order documentation.
  • Manage key customer relationships by acting as the main point of contact with procurement and sales operations teams.
  • Deliver end-to-end OTC process support, including issue resolution, escalations to legal, finance, and pricing teams, and guidance on cross-GEO transactions.
  • Contribute to forecasting and reporting for ALC/YLC renewals, supporting weekly forecast calls and deployment of renewal best practices.
  • Support onboarding and integration by training new hires on DSx tools and assisting with the transition of sales support processes during acquisitions.
  • Facilitate enablement for sales teams, providing materials such as customer references, industry insights, and sales documentation support.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales Operations, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proven experience in sales administration, renewals management, order processing, or related operational roles—preferably in a technology or software company.
  • Excellent data management and analytical skills, with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and interface directly with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with software licensing and key management processes is an advantage.
