The challenges ahead...
We are seeking a key LATAM Sales Support Analyst who will successfully support renewals management in collaboration with Sales and our Partner team.

What will your role be?

  • Prepare and optimize quote renewals (merge, harmonize anniversary dates …)
  • Process renewals which do not require the Sales team involvement
  • Request  special invoice format and check Invoices
  • Manage license keys  renewal with collaboration of the Key Management Center
  • Facilitate cash collection issue /claim fixing
  • Monitor ongoing renewals with Partners
  • Ensure renewals to be managed on time
  • Deploy renewal best practices to the Sales team & Partners
  • Contribute to YLC/ALC accurate forecasting
  • Sales Helpdesk
  • Provide Sales team & Partners support based on their daily activities / request (Process & tools: MyClient Engagement, DSx.Client Care and Order, PPI, Partner Collaboration Cockpit)
  • Ensure end-to-end request management for the Sales team & Partners (open, follow-up, closure) including escalation to the key stakeholders (Legal, Finance, SBA, Pricing, etc.)
  • Identify and capitalize Best Practices to optimize the overall process
  • Identify skill up needs to be delivered through Sales Operations Knowledge base or dedicated trainings to the Sales team & Partners
  • Identify key materials to support Sales team & Partners (Customer Reference)

Your Success factors?

  • Bachelor's degree with Master's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in: sales execution, business analysis, leading change, sales helpdesk and sales analyst 
  • English skills required and Spanish is a plus
