The Sales Operations role is a key pillar is supporting the Sales Management and wider 3DS Business community and contributes to the efficiency and productivity of the sales process whilst delivering first class business partnering with your stakeholders.

What will your role be?

  • Manage pipeline accuracy for all revenue types and at all dimensions with focus on Indirect business  for current quarter and rolling quarters
     
    • Manage (Approve/Reject) Channel Partners’ Leads and Opportunities registration process
    • Ensure efficient Lead assignment to partners, Business Developers and Sales Experts
    • Train Sales teams in usage of our CRM system and being focal point for helpdesk queries
    • Prepare & deliver Partners Annual Information Amendment for Indirect business
    • Support contract amendment process for Indirect Partners
    • Manage customer contracts due to Partner Mergers/acquisitions etc.
    • Ensure data quality of Forecast and Pipeline including Renewals
    • Leverage KPIs and Data analytics to challenge Forecast and propose actionable recommendations to Sales Management
    • Work closely with Sales Support teams to provide enablement for internal and external customers on our process and systems
    • Ensure execution and compliance to 3DS Processes to optimize Business Performance and Operational Efficiency
  • Territory/Client Management
    • Support Site creation process for partners and 3DS Sales teams
    • Manage territory assignment
    • Manage Client definition and constancy
    • Manage Sales/Partner Assignment to Clients
  • Manage escalation and deviation situations regarding transformation plan
    • Follow up customer situation impacting forecast (HMA/Critsit)
    • Support multi year request management and revenue relandings cases
  • Documentation availability & quality of 3DS Sales process providing adequate tools & referential
    • WIN/LOST and Shifted deal reviews
    • Opportunities and Leads information up to date
    • Ensure opportunity WIN PLANs  and Score Cards are in compliance with guidance
  • Compensation/Incentive
    • Support sales territory for Sales Compensation purposes
    • Ensure that Sales Compensation plan guidance is well deployed
    • Execute Sales Compensation Plan regarding guidance
    • Prepare & deliver annual Partners Bonus process and letters
    • Ensure rental software baseline quality

The Challenges ahead

  • Accurate pipeline in our CRM system for both direct & indirect business
  • Manage Turn-Around-Time on Leads within the CRM system – drive new interlock with Marketing operations for Lead Management to support pipeline creation
  • Ensure territory challenges are efficiently managed to minimize conflict and disruption

Your Key Success Factors

  • Sales Process and Tools, experience of implementing process improvement
  • Business Administration Methods, Process and Tools
  • Proven experience in sales administration, execution or business analysis, 
  • Experience with leading change, managing CRM system, working with Finance systems is a plus
