The Sales Operations role is a key pillar is supporting the Sales Management and wider 3DS Business community and contributes to the efficiency and productivity of the sales process whilst delivering first class business partnering with your stakeholders.

What will your role be?

  • Sales Compensation 
    • Responsible for managing day to day operational implementation and support of Sales Compensation, becoming a trusted business partner
    • Ensure that plans and processes are in alignment with corporate and GEO strategies and initiatives
    • Compute achievements against plans for individuals quarterly and at year end
    • Drive improvements in the Sales Compensation model
    • Leverage KPIs and Data analytics to monitor SCP achievements and propose actionable recommendations to Sales Management for under performers
    • Propose specific incentive to boost business, manage SPIF achievements in collaboration with finance
    • Support sales territory for Sales Compensation purposes
    • Ensure rental software baseline quality
    • Support fair treatment process
  • Partner Achievement
    • Prepare & deliver indirect Partners Bonus process and letters
    • Manage Quarterly and FY Bonus analysis and credits for indirect Partners
  • Sales Planning
    • Support Finance and Business Planning teams with the Annual Sales Target planning process and also in-year forecast updates (FC2/FC3)
  • Be key Sales Operations business partner within the GEO team for Global Accounts and Multi-year deals
  • Operations Excellence
    • Provide supporting data analytics and reporting to the Sales Management for pipeline/forecasting/target achievement
    • Support quarter end closing across multiple stakeholders – legal/finance/order management/rev rec
    • Drive Lessons learnt @ the end of each quarter & recovery plan in sync with Operations team with focus on individual SCP achievement
    • Support forecasting / pipeline accuracy for all revenue type and streams (Industries, Engagement Models/Online, Business Streams and Brands) 
    • Process Improvement/Best Practice – sales tools, win/loss reviews, SBA processes, CRM usage
    • Brand integration - Brand transitions to Partners for new Brands – working closely with STS and Partner Development teams to ensure VAR capacity for new brands

The Challenges ahead

  • Deliver sales quotas for both direct & indirect business according to strict process and deadlines
  • Manage ongoing process improvement of the Sales Compensation scheme, as well as contributing to improvements in wider Sales Operations topics of complex areas including Global Accounts and Multi-year bookings
  • Ensure SCP queries are efficiently managed to minimize disruption and keep focus on target achievement
