Job Description & Responsibilities
Manage overall forecast / pipeline accuracy for all Revenue Types for Current Quarter and Rolling Quarters
Ensure weekly accurate Booking & Revenue Estimated Landing, Roadmap to Plan, Key Upside, leveraging CRM
Ensure visibility on opportunities at risk and mitigation plan
Drive recovery plan definition in collaboration with Sales and Leaders
Manage Korea Sales Initiatives and monitor progress for Korea business Growth
Ensure Opportunities and Leads are up to date (close date, amount, status, Forecast Categories) in compliance with the Cooperate guidance
Actively support and participate to Global and Local Sales Management meeting in order to ensure efficient business execution on all Sales Operations topics (Forecast, Territory, Compensation, Business analysis, Deviations, Help needed)
Analyze and leverage KPIs and metrics to propose actionable recommendations to Sales Management (Forecast Accuracy, Roadmap to Plan, Win Rate, Sales Cycles, Average Deal Size, New Logo, Churn, Installed Base, User Activation, Usage, Reinstatement, Pipeline Analysis, Pipeline Maturity, Win Lost & Shifted review)
Ensure that Partner Bonus guidance is deployed on-time and on-quality, in collaboration with Sales Managers, and Prepare & deliver Partners Bonus process and letters
Support Partners in target achievement, and preparation & delivery of Partners Annual Amendment
Qualifications
Min. 5 years of experience in a company with knowledge of experience in Sales Operations, Business Planning, Sales, Business Intelligence, or related fields
- Proficiency with MS Office, MS Excel, BI / ERP system knowledge
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English
Ability to listen to internal customers and management, understand their needs, and ask clarifying/probing questions
Ability to think logically and structure answers
