Job Description & Role Responsibilities

  • Manage overall forecast / pipeline / baseline accuracy for all Revenue Types and all dimensions for Current Quarter and Rolling Quarters
  • Plan and forecast sales revenue
  • Actively support and participate to Global and Local Sales Management meeting with leaders in order to ensure efficient business execution on all Sales Operations topics (Forecast, Territory, Compensation, Business analysis, Deviations, Help needed...)
  • Analyze KPIs & Metrics
  • Manage and operate territory Management & Compensation/Incentive
  • Participate in transformation projects


  • Have 5 - 8 yrs of sales operation professional experiences
  • Have understanding work environment in MNCs
  • Advanced level in MS office program, especially for EXCEL
  • Have a good communication skill & work as team player
  • Preferred MNC experience, expecially in IT industry (not must-have requirement)
